    1. Going to Dog Camp- A dog camp provides some of the best fun you and your dog could ever have. Not just for dog fanatics, dog camps are wonderful opportunities for people to bond with their beloved pets and learn more about dogs in general. And the good news is that your dog needn’t be professionally trained to attend.

      Requirements

As long as your dog is friendly toward other people and animals (and it obeys the simplest of commands), the both of you are welcome to attend a three-day, weekend, or full week dog camp.
    2. Fun Everyday Dog Activities- Looking for a great dog activity? You might be surprised at the number of fun and entertaining things you and your dog can do together. And you might be even more surprised to learn that the bulk of them don’t require anything fancy. Some of the things that you already enjoy doing in fact are perfect opportunities to play with your dog since most of the time, your dog wants to hang with you no matter what you’re doing. Here are some great dog activities to get you started.
    3. Guide to Popular Dog Sports- If you’ve ever wanted to see a dog at its top performance level, just watch one participate in dog sports. Impressiveness is guaranteed! This article introduces some of the most common sports and the skills that judges look for in spectacular dog competitions.

    4. The Canine Good Citizen Certificate-

Have you ever heard of the Canine Good Citizen Certificate? Also known as the CGC, this credential is given to dogs that have passed a temperament and training test. It’s also an AKC sponsored award that’s given to both purebred and mixed breed dogs. The end result is a proud certificate and tag that bears the CGC logo. But the rewards aren’t just for show. A CGC certified canine can get a career in a therapy dog training program! Here’s what’s required:

    5. How to Take Your Dog Shopping- Unless you have a medical reason to do so, you’re generally not allowed to take your dog shopping in the U.S. All but a few American stores have a clear rule regarding the subject, and it’s a rule made visible via a “No Pets Allowed” sign. What’s interesting about this rule is that it isn’t stringently enforced in some other countries. Europe for example, has no problem with doggie customers. So if you plan on traveling to the 2nd smallest continent, you’ll enjoy reading our tips for shopping with a dog.
